Economy Class passengers won’t be left out of the feast. They’ll enjoy a starter of turkey lyoner cheese salad, followed by a main course of paprika chicken served with sautéed potatoes and sauerkraut, and to finish, a delightful honey almond cake.

On return flights from Germany to Dubai, First and Business Class passengers can look forward to a warming roasted pumpkin soup with toasted pumpkin seeds, followed by a charcuterie and cheese plate featuring smoked turkey, beef salami, Emmental cheese, and more. The main course will feature braised veal shank with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables, followed by a dessert of apple strudel served with crème anglaise and berries.
